Terms and Conditions

Herein lies the bunding agreement between BRAM! Trinbago (also known as “Our Team”, “Operator” and “We”) and You, “the Client.”

1. Mutual Respect & Professionalism- Our team is trained to operate with the highest level of respect and professionalism, and we require the same from our Clients. We value a positive environment; therefore, abusive behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.

  • Time Management: Please value our time as we value yours. Significant delays caused by the Client or their guests may result in reduced shooting time or additional overtime fees.

2. Scope of Work & Cost Adjustments- The quoted price is based on the initial services requested. BRAM! Trinbago reserves the right to adjust the final cost immediately if the scope of work changes on the day of the event.

  • On-the-fly Changes: Requests for additional hours, extra locations, or immediate edits will incur extra charges. We will verbally notify the Client of the price adjustment for approval before proceeding with the new request.

3. Disclosure of Special Conditions- To ensure the safety of our crew and equipment, Clients must disclose "Special Conditions" prior to the event.

  • Hazardous Environments: This includes, but is not limited to: boat rides, hikes, pool parties, foam/water fetes, or events where heavy powder, particulates, or sprays are present.

  • Right to Pause: Failure to disclose these conditions allows us to pause or limit coverage if we deem the environment unsafe for our equipment.

4. Equipment Liability & Damage- The Client assumes partial or full financial responsibility for damage to BRAM! Trinbago equipment caused by the Client, their guests, or the event environment.

  • Standard Liability: The Client is liable for up to 50% of the replacement cost for equipment damaged due to negligence or lack of crowd control.

  • High-Risk Liability: If a specific request is deemed "High Risk" by the photographer (e.g., shooting inside a foam pit or on the edge of a moving boat), we will confirm this risk with you before acting. If you agree to proceed and damage occurs, you are liable for up to 100% of the replacement cost.

Agreement By booking BRAM! Trinbago and paying the deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
